We ship orders by FED-EX, UPS or USPS. Typically Orders are proccessed within 2 to 3 business days and shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or if you would like to check on your order's status, you can contact us using our contact page.

To return your recently purchased item(s), simply contact us and let us know that you would like to return the item(s) and we will send you the details necessary to return the item(s). Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs when returning your order. In the event that your order is returned in a condition other than the condition the item(s) were when we shipped it/them to you, we will refund your full purchase (less shipping) and minus a 35% restocking fee if any of the following occurs (at our sole discretion):

1) The merchandise is not returned in its original packaging and condition.

2) The merchandise has broken parts.

3) The merchandise is otherwise considered non-resalable, or must be sold as "used".

We professionally package all of our products to ensure that they reach you in the best condition. You must notify us of any damaged, defective or missing item(s) within 24 hours of receipt (please keep all packaging). We will not replace any damaged/defective or missing items if the buyer does not report to us within 24 hours of receipt. If your package has visible damage please fully inspect the contents before accepting. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to follow the instructions supplied for returning items. If an item(s) is not returned to the address supplied in the instructions sent with the Return Authorization email or if an item(s) is returned without previous authorization, The item(s) will be refused or shipped back to the customer and the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with the return mailing. If we need to ship the order back to the customer or the appropriate destination because the customer did not follow the instructions provided, the customer will additionally be responsible for a $10 service fee. We cannot be held liable for shipping errors due to inaccurate shipping information supplied by the customer. Should any order be refused or not accepted/received and return to us or if we are required to intercept or change the address of an already active shipment there shall be an additional nonrefundable $15 processing fee. Free shipping promotions or options offered are valid only if you decide to keep the product. Should you decide to return the product that had a free shipping promotion, you will be responsible for the original shipping and handling cost(s) and any shipping option upgrades If applicable. There is a 15% restocking fee for all Cecilio and Merano products that are returned or exchanged. These terms are subject to change without notice.
